However, we may share de-identified and/or aggregated data with others for their own uses.

You grant the University of Oregon the right to use any de-identified data you enter into Distributed Item Review for any purpose. You also grant the University of Oregon and its designees the right to use data you enter into Distributed Item Review for the improvement and maintenance of Distributed Item Review, and for research provided such research use of data is approved by an institutional review board regulated by the Office for Human Research Protections within the United States Department of Health and Human Subjects.

No data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure and "hacker-proof," and Distributed Item Review cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information managed by the site, whether transmitted to Distributed Item Review by you, your school, or teachers.
